People are always looking for the easier, and shorter ways to do and get the things they want.
Is there a shortcut, a way to get strong fast? In training, there's no substance for actually training, and putting hard work and effort into it. The key to get stronger physically, and become a better fighter, is repetition and persistence. Simple as that. If you look for shortcuts in your training, you’re missing the whole point of training- Building yourself up physically and mentally.
To survive in battle you’ve got to be tough, there's no way around that. Only hard training will do to your body, both mentally and physically what carbon does to steel- it hardens you, makes you tougher, and prepares you for the real battle. Keep training hard.
